Things are finally looking up.

So after having my car stolen back in August, I finally have another car! Its an 1988 Mercedes. Not too shabby huh? I love my new car, its much better than the one that got stolen. God is always looking out for me :) There are still things that need to be done with the car before I can drive it but at least I have a car. Yaay me!

A heavy dose of patience

It's 2am and I'm beat. Only five more hours until my shift is over!! I think I'm getting too old to do overnight shifts :) So school is going ok I suppose. I was going to Penn Foster before a few years back but then dropped out ( or so I thought) due to personal issues. So my account had been open all this time. The school said I needed to make up hours before I could continue my studies. Forty days wroth to be exact. Ugh! This is sooo going to put me behind schedule. I just want to be done already. Patience is definitely one of my weaknesses. Lord help me.

Where to go?

So for the past few weeks I've been having trouble trying to figure out what to do with my life. I've decided to do it all. Let me explain. I've been a veterinary assistant for eight years now and just recently thought about switching careers. The only problem is I like what I do so why feel the need to change it? Part of me thinks that maybe I was meant to do more with my life and the other part of me thinks I'm crazy. I've decided to go ahead and pursue getting my degree in veterinary technology so I can become a licensed technician. After that maybe go on to nursing school. I hope I'm doing the right thing. Only time will tell.
